How to reach
Highways
From the west, the city of Győr or Vienna. On M1 or M7, cross Erzsébet Bridge and after the bridge drive along the main road, on Szabad Sajtó Street, and after the intersection of Múzeum boulevard [Astoria] and Rákóczi road turn right onto Rákóczi road, then take the third turning on the left ( Vas street) at the traffic lights. After this, take the first turning on the left into a service street which is parallel to Rákóczi road, from where you arrive back to Rákóczi road. Cross Rákóczi road and you arrive into Nagydiófa Street. The first intersection is Dohány Street, turn left onto it. Go straight on through three intersections. Nr 64 is Hotel Soho.
From the north, Slovakia. On highway M3, follow the signs leading to the city center along Andrássy Avenue. Turn left at Oktogon [it is a special intersection – first right and then a steep turn left], then progress straight on Erzsébet boulevard to Blaha Lujza square. Here take a right onto Rákóczi road and right again at the first turning. This is Akácfa Street which is intersected by Dohány Street. Hotel Soho is in 64 Dohány Street.
From the south direction of Pecs. On M5, go into the city center on Üllői Street. Go along József boulevard to Blaha Lujza square and cross the square straight ahead. At the first possible turn take a right into Dohány Street, then right again onto Osvát Street to be able to turn onto Rákóczi road towards the city center. Just after the traffic lights turn off Rákóczi road into Akácfa Street, which is intersected by Dohány Street where you will find Hotel Soho in Nr 64.
From the east direction of Debrecen or from the Airport. Using M4, go into the city center on Üllöi Street until you arrive at József boulevard. Go along József boulevard to Blaha Lujza square and cross the square straight ahead. At the first possible turn take a right into Dohány Street, then right again onto Osvát Street to be able to turn onto Rákóczi road towards the city center. Just after the traffic lights turn off Rákóczi road into Akácfa Street, which is intersected by Dohány Street where you will find Hotel Soho in Nr 64.
To use the M1, M3, M5 and M7 motorways, you have to buy a "motorway sticker" at the border or the main petrol stations. The use of both front and back seat is compulsory.
Using a mobile phone while you are driving is prohibited in Hungary unless with a hands-free device. Alcohol consumption is also not permitted while driving. The speed limit in built-up areas is 50 km/h, in rural areas 90 km/h, on motor roads is 110 km/h and on motorways is 130 km/h.
Train

Ship

Public transportation
Blaha Lujza Square can be reached by tram No 4 and 6, bus No 7, 7A, 78 or 173 and underground M2.
